A delegation of the federal cabinet on Monday cancelled its visit to India in wake of Indian reaction to Foreign Minister Bilawal Bhutto’s statement, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
A delegation led by JUI chief Fazlur Rehman was due to visit India on December 18. The other delegates include Maulana Asad Mahmood, Mufti Abdul Shakoor and Maulana Abdul Wasi.
The visit has been cancelled following the foreign ministry request in wake of India’s reaction to Bilawal Bhutto’s remarks.
