PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain has announced awarding of the Senate ticket to senior party leader Kamil Ali Agha, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
PML-Q Punjab President and Provincial Assembly Speaker Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi has also expressed confidence in Kamil Ali Agha.
On this occasion, Ch Shujaat Hussain said Kamil Ali Agha has experience of Senate as he had already served as a senator. “He is a senior parliamentarian. His political foresight is praiseworthy,” he added.
Shujaat said Kamil Agha leads the party amicably on different issues.
