The altercation began on a cricket ground when a player was incorrectly given out, igniting tensions between the two teams. The dispute escalated, and players started hitting each other with sticks, resulting in four injuries.
The injured player was taken to Narowal Hospital, but the conflict followed. Members of the opposing team arrived at the hospital armed with bats, leading to a fierce clash in the emergency ward.
Narowal police intervened, arresting five individuals involved in the altercation, with a search for others still underway.
