Peshawar Zalmi players lock horns with Malam Jabba youth

Peshawar Zalmi, PSL six franchise, head coach Daren Sammy along with other teammates enjoyed the picturesque valley of Malam Jabba during a visit and also played cricket with the local youth, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Saturday.

Zalmi stars also wore traditional dresses and enjoyed Pakistani cuisine with franchise owner Javid Afridi and danced to music in Zalmi cultural night arranged in Malam Jabba

Daren Sammy said, “I was disappointed PSL T20 got postponed but I’m super grateful I got to discover the beauty of Pakistan outside of cricket.”

Peshawar Zalmi captain Wahab Riaz said he enjoyed playing with Malam Jabba youth and in future Pakistan cricket would get talented players from this area. 

Mentor Hashim Amla, Captain Wahab Riaz, Kamran Akmal and Zalmai management were on a visit of Malam Jabba.

Former wicketkeeper Kamran Akmal also uploaded a clip on his twitter account. He said, “Firstever zipline experience in Malam Jabba and it was just great...Masha’Allah Pakistan is so beautiful Thanks Peshawar Zalmi for arranging a family trip to Malam Jabba it’s been a beautiful trip.”

Kamran Akmal also thanked the local management for their hospitality and exclaimed the slogan Pakistan Zindabad!
