Four people sustains serious injuries in an explosion at a house in Karachi, 24 Newshd TV channel reported on Sunday.
The explosion took place in Clifton police limits in the provincial capital.
Police and rescuers rushed to the site and shifted the injured to a hospital.
Sources said it was a cylinder blast while police say a case has been registered and investigation is on.
