Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), an apex body of the city's business community, received a notice from the Punjab Excise Department, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
The Punjab Excise Department said that the LCCI has to pay property tax worth Rs30.43 million for which the department issued a notice to Lahore Chamber to submit property tax by July 25.
It has been revealed that LCCI has not submitted the property tax from 2015 to 2020.
The LCCI was established to serve and represent the interests of the business community in Lahore.
