An influential landlord in Gujrat has cut off hand of a 16-year-old boy for not returning the money the youth’s father borrowed from him, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to the TV channel, the landlord of village Langay got kidnapped two brothers, Zohaib and Shoaib sons of Latif, and tortured them for non-payment of the loan.
He cut off Zohaib’s hand who was later shifted to a hospital for treatment while Shoaib is still missing.
Kanjah police station registered a case against Ashiq Ali and Riasat Ali on a complaint filed by the boys’ mother, Neelum Bibi.
