A shocking revelation has come to light in the case of four women and a minor girl brutally murdered in Lea Market, Karachi as Bilal, the nephew of the victims, has confessed to killing his mother, aunt, sister-in-law, and a young girl during police interrogation, 24NewsHD TV Channel reported on Sunday.
Baghdadi Police stated that Bilal, who was already under investigation, admitted to slitting the throats of the four women and the minor girl. The murders had occurred on Friday night in their apartment in the Lea Market area, and the bodies were discovered under mysterious circumstances the following day.
A spokesman for Chhipa Welfare Association confirmed that the bodies had been moved to the mortuary and would be handed over to the victims' families after formalities are completed with Baghdadi Police.
Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Arif Aziz said that the women were brutally murdered, with signs of physical assault on their bodies. The head of the family, Muhammad Farooq, revealed that his wife, daughter, daughter-in-law, and granddaughter were among the victims.
