Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Ghotki Hafizur Rehman Bugti revealed that DIG Sukkur pressed for the arrest of the SHO involved in the murderous attack on former MPA Shehryar Shar, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Sunday.
In his revelations, SSP Ghotki said that DIG Hyderabad Tariq Dhariju was also threatened by calling on WhatsApp. He said that DIG Sukkur Pir Muhammad Shah said do not fly in the air; when you fall on the ground, you will realise.
Hafeezur Rahman Bugti said both DIGs forced him to release SHO Shakoor Lakho. The SSP revealed that Shakoor Lakho was in contact with the accused involved in the murder of five police officers.
The SSP further revealed that former SHO Shakoor Lakho had formed a private force in the Kacha area. SSP Ghotki Hafizur Rahman Bugti said DIG Sukkur has alleged that I have links with dacoits.
