Aimal Wali Khan urges President Alvi to step down

Reacting to the President of Pakistan’s statement, Awami National Party provincial president Aimal Wali Khan has urged Dr. Arif Hussain Alvi to resign instead of making mockery of the prestigious President’s office, reported the 24NewsHD TV channel.

In a statement, he questioned if your own staff is not under your control, then what are you doing sitting in the President's House?

Amil Wali Khan continued instead of giving the world a chance to laugh, quit the office.

President Alvi, in a startling turn of events, said he did not sign the bills amending the Official Secrets Act and the Pakistan Army Act into law as he "disagreed with these laws".

ANP provincial president recalled that the party founder member Wali Khan often used to say that there is an 'elfy' on the seat of power in Pakistan.

“Even when you get up from this chair, your honor is not respected,” he said, adding that May Allah protect us from such chairs and give us the opportunity to serve the nation in the true sense, Amil concluded.
