Pakistani classical singer Bilkees Khanum Wednesday passed away in Karachi due to prolonged illness.
She was the fourth wife of classic satirist Ustad Nawaz Raees Khan who died back in 2017. Her brother Mohsin Raza was also a famous musician.
Bilqees Khanum was one of the most senior vocalists as she gave her best music to the Pakistani music industry.
Some of her evergreen songs are: ‘Kuch din to baso meri ankhon me’, ‘Anokha Ladla’, ‘Chaap Tilak’ and many other.
