The Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) will operate a special flight from New Jersey to Lahore on June 25 to bring back the stranded Pakistanis in the US.
According to a statement issued by the Pakistani embassy in Washington, Government of Pakistan’s special charter flight for repatriation of stranded Pakistanis will depart from Newark Liberty International Airport, New Jersey, for Lahore June 27, 2020.
According to the statement, this will be the seventh special flight from the US in this regard.
The statement further said stranded Pakistanis registered with the Embassy of Pakistan Washington DC and its Consulates in the United States will be accommodated on this flight.
Those who have not registered so far are encouraged to do so immediately, the statement added.
