Court to pronounce decision on Nikah Case by June 27

District Court Islamabad's Additional Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka has informed the parties in the Nikah case that a decision will be pronounced on the petitions for the suspension of the sentence of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi until June 27.
According to 24NewsHD TV channel, Additional Sessions Judge Afzal Majoka heard the appeals in the Nikah case on Friday and issued a written order for today's hearing on the appeals filed by Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi in the Nikah case.
In today's written order, it was stated that lawyer Zahid Asif submitted his legal documents on behalf of Khawar Maneka, while the arguments of lawyer Salman Akram Raja were partially heard.
According to Advocate Usman Gill, he had to appear in a case in Adiala Jail today, so he requested the court to present arguments on another day. Meanwhile, lawyer Zahid Asif also asked for more time to give arguments.
The written order stated that the hearing on the applications for the suspension of the sentence is adjourned until June 25. The hearing on the central appeals is also scheduled for June 25.
The written order stated that the parties have been informed that the decision on the applications for the suspension of the sentence will be made by June 27 and that no further time for arguments will be given to the parties after June 27.
