Layyah’s Camel Festival steals spotlight

The camel festival was held at Inayat Shah's shrine in the Chaubara area of Layyah, which has stolen the limelight, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.

The camels, which were brought from the remotest areas, performed a beautiful dance.

By watching the traditional dance performance of camels, the participants were really amused.

People praised the beauty of camels and the skills of the trainer in loud voices by clapping, as the locals perform their cultural dances known as ‘Jhoomar’.

The food stalls were also installed at the festival, where people enjoyed eating a variety of food.

A large number of political and social personalities including Sajjada Nasheen Darbar Inayat Shah, Dr Mukhtar Hussain also participated in the festival.
