Famous Indian actor Vivian Dsena, who converted to Islam, shared the heartfelt reason why Ramadan holds a special place in his heart.

The TV heartthrob revealed that he embraced Islam during the blessed month of Ramadan, which is why he holds the month of fasting so close to his heart.

Vivian eloquently shared his Ramadan experience, emphasizing the importance of this sacred month and how his fasting journey unfolded seamlessly with the blessings of God.

He described how he didn't even yearn for essentials like coffee and water, as they became insignificant to him during this spiritual period.

“I embraced Islam in Ramadan, and that is the reason why Ramadan is very close to my heart. This year also marks my sixth Ramadan and by God’s grace, I have been fasting every year after entering into Islam. Fasting in the month of Ramadan is compulsory for us as it’s one of the main five pillars of Islam, so! I do observe the 30 days of course unless there is an excuse that permits me to break the fast, such as an illness”

The actor further added:

“I can’t deny I was very worried at the beginning on keeping the fast, especially because water & coffee are necessities for me; even my family and friends keep wondering how I am managing to stay without water or caffeine for 13 or 14 hours. God has been kind so far, my fasting journey has been decently smooth”

Vivian's reflection on Ramadan highlighted the smoothness of his fasting process, attributing it to divine guidance and his deep connection with the spiritual practices of the holy month. His words conveyed a sense of gratitude and inner peace that resonated with the essence of Ramadan and its profound impact on his spiritual journey.

He went on to express his fondness for various cuisines, particularly enjoying homemade dishes and sweets. Vivian mentioned feeling fortunate to have a loving family and wife who turn each day of Ramadan into a culinary celebration.
