PM says military courts will hear army installation attack cases

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif said the cases of attacks on Pak Army installations would be tried in the military courts. In contrast, the cases of attacks on civilian facilities will be heard in Anti-Terrorsim Court (ATC).
According to the 24News HD TV channel, PM Shehbaz presided over different meetings at Model Town where he was briefed about the legal and political issues, especially the vandalism on May 9.
Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi, Federal Law Ministers Azam Nazir Tarar, Mossadegh Malik, Special Assistant Atta Tarar and Khawaja Selman Rafiq and others are participating in the meetings.
According to the sources, Punjab CM Mohsin gave a detailed briefing to the PM on the steps taken so far for the arrests of all the accused persons involved in the May 9 tragedy.
Punjab CM Mohsin Naqvi informed the PM about the arrests of those who attacked Jinnah House and the legal progress.
In the meetings, PM Shehbaz also consulted the legal team about the ongoing cases in the Supreme Court and the Law Minister briefed him in detail in this regard.
Addressing the meetings, PM Shehbaz Sharif said May 9 will be remembered as a dark chapter in the history of the country as Imran Khan Niazi did what the enemy could not do in the last 75 years with Pakistan.
The PM said on the orders of Imran Khan, his party groups committed terrorism and destroyed Jinnah House and attacked GHQ while the Radio Pakistan building was burnt and the FC school was vandalized.
PM Shehbaz said if someone attacked Jinnah House, he will not be forgiven in any case. He also assured that no innocent will be punished in the attacks cases.
