Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari Monday paid glowing tributes to late party leader and former federal minister Makhdoom Ameen Faheem on his seventh death anniversary, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
In his message, the PPP chairman said that late Makhdoom Ameen Faheem was an advocate of patience, tolerance and steadfastness in politics.
“After associating himself with the political thought of Bhutto, he remained attached to it till the last hour of his life,” he added.
“Along with three generations of the party leadership, Ameen Faheem struggled for the strengthening of democracy and for the supremacy of Parliament in the country,” he stated.
“Ameen Faheem’s services to the country, nation and party will always be remembered,” he emphasised.
Bilawal also asked the party office-bearers and workers to pray for Makhdoom Ameen Faheem.
