A man was shot dead by unknown assailants in Badaber area adjacent to Peshawar due to an old enmity, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Monday.
Police sources said that the accused persons escaped from the scene after the firing.
Police team after took custody of the dead body and shifted it to local hospital for autopsy.
Police registered a case against accused persons and started investigation.
