A four-member bench of the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) headed by Member Sindh will conduct the hearing of a case against PTI chief Imran Khan and KP Chief Minister Mehmood Khan tomorrow (September 22).

According to the 24NewsHD TV Channel, the ECP has taken notice of the use of government machinery in the by-polls in the province. It has issued notices of violations of the code of conduct to former prime minister Imran Khan, KP CM and other provincial ministers and cabinet members.

The ECP observed that government machinery and helicopters are being used indiscriminately for PTI rallies. The violations of the code of conduct of the cabinet members were also noticed. The ECP is of the view that the provincial government openly violated election rules and code of conduct.
