Minar-e-Pakistan sealed; gates locked, containers placed

The administration in Lahore has sealed Minar-e-Pakistan by blocked several roads leading to the Azadi Chowk on Friday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.


According to details, the Lahore administration placed dozens of containers on roads leading to Azadi Chowk from Shahdara.


Moreover, the local administration has already sealed Minar-e-Pakistan and locked all its six gates.


Containers are also parked inside Minar-e-Pakistan park.


Meanwhile, detention orders of five more PTI leaders and workers were issued on Friday. They included Engineer Yasir Gilani, Malik Afzal, Fazal Khan, Amir Gillani and Fazal Dad Khan.


According to the detention orders, all the five will be detained at Kot Lakhpat Jail for 30 days.
