Bollywood actress Jacqueline Fernandez visited Mumbai’s iconic Siddhivinayak Temple on Sunday in celebration of Easter.
The actress was accompanied by Maye Musk, the mother of billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk.
The visit marked a rare public appearance for Jacqueline following the recent demise of her mother, Kim Fernandez, earlier this month.
Photos of Jacqueline and Maye Musk were circulating on social media that show the two offering prayers and receiving blessings from priests at the temple.
Jacqueline was donning a traditional golden outfit with her head covered, while Maye Musk wore a printed yellow ensemble.
Jacqueline spoke to the media, “It was such a beautiful experience to seek blessings at the temple with my dear friend Maye. Her book is a symbol of a woman’s resilience. It taught me that age is just a number.”
Maye Musk is currently in India to promote her book 'A Woman Makes A Plan'.
The duo was also joined by actress Anusha Dandekar, who later hosted them for an Easter lunch.
Anusha shared moments from the day on Instagram with the caption, “Such a blessed & beautiful day… Siddhivinayak Temple to Easter Lunch.”
Maye Musk recently celebrated her 77th birthday in Mumbai with a private gathering of 40–50 guests.
She posted a photo of her birthday look on social media, thanking her son, Elon Musk, for sending flowers from abroad.
