Noor Zaman, world under-23 squash champion, called on Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu, Chief of the Air Staff, Pakistan Air Force (PAF) on Tuesday, to celebrate his recent international triumph.
The Air Chief, who also serves as the President of the Pakistan Squash Federation, congratulated Noor Zaman on his exceptional performance, describing it as a moment of great national pride.
During the meeting, Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar commended Noor Zaman's historic achievement, stating that his victory symbolizes the beginning of a new, promising era for squash in Pakistan.
“Noor Zaman’s success is not just a personal milestone; it is a source of immense pride for the entire nation,” he remarked.
The Air Chief also assured that the PAF will continue to provide structured training, professional coaching, and all possible support to nurture emerging talent across the country. He further instructed the relevant institutions to extend full cooperation and support to Noor Zaman for his participation in future international competitions.
Expressing his gratitude, Noor Zaman thanked the Chief of Air Staff for his unwavering support and encouragement.
