Islamabad High Court (IHC) has decided to initiate the Contempt of Court proceedings against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan for threatening a female judge Zeba Chaudhry in a public speech.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, to hear the case of contempt of court against Imran Khan, a bench consisting of Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kiyani, Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb and Justice Babar Sattar has been constituted on Monday.
The channel report said that the preliminary hearing of the case of contempt of court against PTI Chairman Imran Khan will be held on Tuesday, August 23, 2022.
