PML-N Vice-President Maryam Nawaz will address a workers convention in Sukkur before attending the annual rally organised by the PPP in connection with the death anniversary of its slain leader Benazir Bhutto, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Tuesday.

In this connection, the PML-N Sindh chapter is making arrangements for a rousing welcome in Sukkur where she will land on December 26 before addressing the gathering on the same day at 4pm.

According to the schedule, she will attend the rally and other events planned by the PPP on December 27 at Garhi Khuda Bux in Larkana

Maryam will visit interior Sindh for the first time in her political career as the general feeling both within the party and outside is that the PML-N top leadership has been neglecting the province.

And this planned trip too comes only after PPP Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari invited her to participate in the rally at Garhi Khuda Bux – a place which symbolises the sacrifices rendered by the Bhutto family.

Earlier, it was reported that the PML-N leader would also address the High Court Bar Association Larkana which had extended an invitation for the purpose through a letter.

Separately, the Multan High Court Bar Association too invited Maryam for a similar address at any time suitable time given her busy schedule.
