Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi visited the National Stadium in Karachi.
He inspected the development work and directed the completion as soon as possible.
Talking to the media, he said the decision on a neutral venue for the Champions Trophy will be made today.
India's issue is in front of everyone, he said, adding that the PCB will not suffer any loss from all these issues.
About work on the stadium, he said there will be parking space for vehicles.
Work on installing fences in the stadium is underway, he said.
The PCB chief said coaches will decide on Fakhar Zaman's return to the team.
