Estranged PTI leader Jehangir Tareen on Tuesday returned home after staying in hospital for the last three days, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
According to sources, the disgruntled PTI leader, Mr Tareen, was admitted to a hospital when his condition deteriorated due to his chronic ulcer ailment. He remained in the hospital for three days.
However, doctors on Tuesday allowed him to go to home. They asked him to take complete rest.
Sources revealed that Mr Tareen has also taken medical treatment from abroad to cure his ailment.
The seasoned politician who is facing FIA investigation in sugar scam has appeared in media’s limelight these days in the context of opposition’s planned no-confidence motion against government.
According to some reports, PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif and PDM Chief Maulana Fazlur Rehman held secret meetings with him.
Thought the government is watching crucial political meetings its opponents are holding these days, but its ministers including Information Minister Fawad Chaudhry dispelled the notion that Mr Tareen would join the opposition camp.
Mr Tareen has the support of 10 MNAs and 30 MPAs and his tilt towards opposition could jeopardize the government position.
