PTI cases not being fixed in LHC, Imran Khan advises PTI legal team to move SC: Fawad Ch

PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry has said that judicial system in Pakistan is on the decline as selective witness appear in the courts in PTI cases and they don’t know about cases at all, reported 24NewsHDTV channel. 

Talking to media outside Adiala Jail Rawalpindi after meeting Imran Khan, cases were not being fixed in Lahore High Court and everyone is vying for becoming the Chief Justice of LHC. 

He said PTI founder Imran Khan has advised PTI lawyers to tell Supreme Court that PTI leaders and workers cases were not being listened in LHC. 

Fawad Ch said GHQ trial shows that they have already announced their judgement to the accused who are not being given right to justice. 

He said PTI founder was hopeful that one day PTI will know that this system is also over. Fawad Chaudhry said PTI founder was of the view that the struggle for the restoration of the constitution will continue. 

Talking about Army Chief’s meeting with PTI leadership, Fawad Chaudhry said the meeting of the Army Chief was a breakthrough, adding that the day the DG ISPR's statement is implemented, there will be a new Pakistan. 

Fawad Chaudhry said Imran Khan wanted the restoration of the constitution. PTI wanted fundamental rights of all political parties should be restored and fair elections should be held. 

PTI leader said PTI founder chairman was of the view that “whoever gets the majority of the people should form the government”. 

Fawad Chaudhry claimed that government will form judicial commission and the negotiations will continue. He said currently there was a global pressure on Pakistan.
