Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam’s former Khyber Pakhtunkhwa's Sallar Maulana Aziz Ashrafi has died in a road accident, reported 24News HD TV channel Monday.
The unfortunate accident occurred near Akbarpura when he was travelling to Peshawar from Islamabad through Motorway.
His close aide Naeemullah also died in the accident.
Maulana Aziz Ashrafi’s and Naeemullah’s funeral prayers will be offered at Mufti Mahmood Markaz in Peshawar today. He will be buried in Karak while Naeem will be buried in Bannu.
