A banking tribunal has summoned five cousins of Nawaz Sharif on May 5, in connection with their alleged willful default against the loan they had obtained, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Thursday.
Mian Javed Shafi, Tariq Shafi, Zahid Shafi, Shahid Shafi took a plea before the banking court judge Munir Ahmed Joyia that they cannot turn up to court due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Several banks had filed the recovery suit against the former prime minister’s cousins which they had obtained against Kashmir Sugar Mills and Ittefaq Sugar mills.
