Pakistan saw another bad day on Wednesday as coronavirus cases saw another spike.
On Wednesday, Sindh reported 320 coronavirus cases in 24 hours, Punjab 262, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa 107 and Balochistan record 57.
The number of patients who have recovered fully is 2,335, while 220 people have lost their lives to the deadly virus so far.
According to the official data, Punjab has performed 66,030 tests so far and the total positive cases stand at 4,590, as of April 22. The number of non-quarantined cases in Punjab cities is 1,838 and the number of quarantined cases is 2,752. At least 790 coronavirus patients have recovered in Punjab so far and 17 are critical.
Giving details of the non-quarantined cases, Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar said in a tweet that Lahore has 772 confirmed coronavirus cases, Nankana Sahib 1, Kasur 51, Shiekhupura 19, Rawalpindi 195, Jhelum 37, Attock 14, Chakwal 4, Gujranwala 115, Sialkot 85, Narowal 5, Gujrat 166, Hafizabad 12, Mandi Bahauddin 12, Multan 39, Khanewal 3, Vehari 35, Faisalabad 52, Chiniot 11, Toba Tek Singh 7, Jhang 36, Rahim Yar Khan 62, Sargodha 31, Mianwali 12, Khushab 4, Bhakkar 5, Bahawalnagar 8, Bahawalpur 11, Lodhran 3, Dera Ghazi Khan 21, Muzaffargarh 3, Layyah 2, Okara 1 and Pakpattan 4.
