The Sindh High Court chief justice has directed that adverse orders may not be passed tomorrow (April 23 the day the Iranian president and his wife are due in Karachi, a SHC circular said on Monday.
It said due to the closure of roads on the visit of foreign dignitaries to Karachi on Tuesday, the advocates or litigants may face difficulties in reaching the court.
“The Chief Justice has been pleased to direct that adverse orders may not be passed on 23.04.2024 due to absence of advocates/litigants,” the circular added.
