Sitting for long 8 or 9 hours can lead to discomfort, back pain, and even long-term damage.
Malaika shared the video with her fans so that they can adopt and add it to their daily routine to reduce discomfort and pain while sitting on a chair for so long.
Sharing the video, she captioned, “Improve your posture with this one movement, especially if you sit for long periods…10 repetitions each side, right and left, both.”
“Stretching to bliss”, she added.

The 51-year-old actress was seen sitting on a mat on the floor. She maintained good posture by lengthening her spine and placing both hands on her head, side by side, with her fingers interlaced. Malaika then gently leaned her head and upper body to one side, keeping her hands on her head, and holding for 2-3 seconds. She repeated the stretch on the other side by leaning her head and upper body in the opposite direction.
