Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) supremo and former prime minister, Nawaz Sharif takes a jibe at PM Imran Khan and said the premier used to say that if he went to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), he would commit suicide but now we are waiting for his suicide.
Nawaz has said that in the name of ‘Naya Pakistan’, a bunch of incompetent people have been imposed on the masses.
He said the value of the green passport has reached such a low that anybody can confiscate a Pakistan-owned hotel or plane (on foreign lands).
He said the PIA has been destroyed and those who took the PIA to this miserable state should be held responsible.
Lashing out at the PTI-led government, he demanded accountability of the rulers.
“Imran Khan is called a puppet in India and is described as a person having less authority than a mayor in the United States.”
Nawaz said the door of development and prosperity has been closed while the destruction has been unleashed on the masses.
PML-supremo questioned who would hold responsible Imran Khan for making the mere survival tough for the masses to survive in the worsening condition.
He questioned whether Imran Khan has answers to the cries and tears of the masses and corruption in flour and sugar scandals.
Nawaz continued to bash the ruling party PTI and said that masses are now questioning that was this the country for which their forefathers sacrificed their lives?
He said this was not Pakistan for which our elders have made innumerable sacrifices.
Nawaz said the country is being ruled by the might is right and there was never given respect to the vote.
“If the vote is being respected, the situation would have been different.”
Nawaz said every person should remember that the constitution and democracy have been betrayed time and again in the country.
He added that no one has the right to stop the Results Transmission System (RTS) and snatched the right of the voter.
Nawaz, while conveying his message to his party’s supporters, also said that your power will win the respect for the vote and you (people) will have to stand up for your cause.
