Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Management Committee Friday disbanded the selection committees for both men and women cricket teams and have also conveyed it to chief selector Muhammad Wasim, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The PCB informed the officials that their position no longer exists after the termination of the PCB's 2019 constitution.
Chief selector Muhammad Wasim was also informed about the termination of his position via e-mail. The women and junior selection committees would also be reconstituted.
PCB has also ended the selection policy and would make the decisions public after the meeting of the PCB management committee currently underway at the PCB Headquarters in Lahore.
