Today is the last day to submit the applications in the regular Hajj scheme while for submission for applications under sponsorship scheme has been extended till 31st December, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Friday.
According to spokesperson of Religious Affairs Ministry, Hajj applications received in excess of quota in regular scheme and lucky Hajj pilgrims will be drawn on December 28.
Spokesperson said that more than 66,000 applications have been received in the regular Hajj scheme.
On the insistence of overseas Pakistanis, the sponsorship scheme has been extended for another nine days, the spokesperson said.
The spokesman said that Hajj pilgrims from abroad will be able to send money in dollars till December 31.
Saudi Aviation has given a deadline of January 2 for airlines to submit the schedule of Hajj flights.
No further extension will be given to complete the arrangements in time, said Religious Affairs spokesperson.
Hajj applicants must obtain a signed copy of the computerized Hajj form from the concerned bank, said spokesperson for Religious Affairs
Spokesman said that in case of error in the data, get it corrected immediately from the concerned bank.
