The possible alliance between Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Istehkam Pakistan Party (IPP) for the upcoming elections is still uncertain as both parties have failed to reach an agreement over seat adjustments, reported 24NewsHd TV channel Friday.
According to sources, IPP has demanded seat adjustments based on the list provided by it, but PML-N has not yet accepted or rejected the proposal.
Sources also said that PML-N has sent a message to IPP to revise the lists and assured that it would accommodate the IPP leadership in Lahore.
However, the final decision could not be taken yet as Nawaz Sharif, the leader of PML-N, has not met with the IPP leadership.
Sources from IPP said that if there is seat adjustment, it would be done on all seats and not selectively.
