Lollywood’s Dimple Queen Hania Aamir is a big fan of Bollywood’s King Khan.
In a candid conversation, the star shared how her affection for Bollywood began and its lasting impact on her life.
She recalled when her mother would play the film on a CD cassette.
The journey started with Baadshah, the first Bollywood movie she ever watched as a child.
“I must have watched it around 25 times,” she said with a smile.
Hania Aamir described the movie as a “killer” and admitted that, along with her love for cartoons like Bugs Bunny and What’s Up Doc, Baadshah played a key role in shaping her early entertainment choices.
At the time, Hania admitted, she didn’t fully grasp Bollywood’s significance or the intricacies of the film industry. Yet, the charm of Baadshah stayed with her, later becoming a shared memory with friends who had also grown up watching the same iconic films. “These movies create a sense of community,” she reflected.
To a question, Hania said she would love to play Chota Pandit from Bhool Bhulaiyaa. “I would just kill it,” she said enthusiastically, imagining herself in the eccentric and humorous role.
Hania also shared her favourite Bollywood films, naming Om Shanti Om as her top pick for its fun and vibrant storytelling.
She praised cinematic gems like Tamasha and Ram Leela for their artistry and emotional depth.
Hania is one of Pakistan's most beloved actors and has never shied away from expressing her admiration for Bollywood, particularly for Shah Rukh Khan.
