The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has been entrusted with the responsibility of conducting the Medical and Dental College Admission Test (MDCAT) 2024 for admissions to both government and private medical and dental colleges in Punjab.

This decision was officially ratified by the Punjab Cabinet on July 9, 2024, following which the Department of Specialized Healthcare issued a formal notification on July 23, 2024.

As in previous years, UHS will serve as the admitting university for all medical and dental colleges in Punjab.

The notification confirms that UHS will oversee the entire admission process, ensuring a standardized and fair selection of candidates for the upcoming academic year.
