Pakistan Muslim League-Quaid (PML-Q) Punjab General Secretary Chaudhry Shafay Hussain Thursday disclosed that Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi wants to return to his family's political party but the man sitting in Spain [Moonis Elahi] is not agreeing because they are sticking with their politics.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain's son Shafay Hussain talked to media persons at his residence at Zahoor Elahi Road in Lahore on Thursday.
Shafay Hussain told the media persons that the meeting between Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi was positive as he was formally invited to return to the PML-Q in jail.
He said Pervaiz Elahi wants to return but the Chaudhry sitting in Spain is with the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). He said they are a family but politically they have to make decisions themselves as Moonis Elahi declared about a separate politics a year ago.
To a query, Shafay said there may be seat adjustment with PML-N in upcoming general elections and after Eidul Azha, many electable political figures from across Pakistan will join the PML-Q.
