Additional Sessions Judge Bilal Beg on Tuesday announced the reserved verdict in the Zille Shah murder case, according to which the sessions court dismissed the interim bail pleas of PTI leaders Farrukh Habib, Dr Yasmin Rashid and Mian Mehmood ur Rashid.
As per the reserved judgment pronounced by the court, the bail applications were discharged on the ground of non-pursuance of the case.
Apart from this, the court extended the interim bail of Fawad Chaudhry and Raja Shakeel Zaman till June 3 as the investigation was not completed.
The court accepted the exemption plea submitted by Fawad’s lawyer on his behalf.
During the hearing, senior prosecutor Zubair Mughal told the court that both Fawad and Zaman did not join the investigation.
