The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has handed over a 20-point questionnaire to PTI Chairman Imran Khan seeking their answers in connection with the £190 million Al-Qadir Trust case, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.

Sources said Imran Khan appeared before the combined investigation team of the NAB on Tuesday.

Imran Khan arrived at the NAB Office in Rawalpindi on Tuesday where his vehicle was allowed entry.

Other vehicles and people in Imran Khan’s convoy were not allowed to cross the gate as security was on high alert outside and around the NAB office.

The NAB Rawalpindi summoned Imran today in a case related to the repatriation of £190 million settlement money from the United Kingdom.

The PTI chief and his wife Bushra Bibi and other accused allegedly adjusted Rs50 billion — £190 million at the time — sent by Britain’s National Crime Agency (NCA) to the Pakistani government as part of the agreement with a property tycoon.

They are also accused of getting undue benefit in the form of over 458 kanals of land at Mouza Bakrala, Sohawa, to establish Al-Qadir University.

The PTI shared a video on its Twitter handle showing Imran Khan reached the NAB office.

Reportedly, during the investigation today, the NAB sleuths asked about Imran Khan’s correspondence with the UK National Crime Agency, seeking a record of freezing order of £190 million.

The PTI legal team accompanying Imran is included Salman Safdar, Khawaja Haris, Intizar Panjotha and others.

The NAB first summoned Imran Khan on May 18 but he opted to skip the call-up notice.

Now, the NAB investigation team will question him regarding the Al-Qadir Trust case.
