An open talent hunt program of the PSL franchise, Peshawar Zalmi to discover hidden talent in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has begun at the Hayatabad Sports Complex in Peshawar.
According to the 24NewsHD TV channel, around 2000 interested young players participated in the first day of trials that would last from May 23 to May 27.
The selection panel includes Peshawar Zalmi President, Inzamam-ul-Haq, Director of Cricket, Muhammad Akram, and Kamran Akmal supervise the trials.
Superstar Mohammad Haris was also present on this occasion.
The program offers a platform for young and talented cricketers to showcase their abilities and skills, providing them with an opportunity to pursue a career in professional cricket.
Inzamam-ul-Haq said Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has produced the best talent in the last eight to ten years. Muhammad Akram, Director of Cricket at Peshawar Zalmi, expressed that youngsters from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will have the opportunity to showcase their skills in the open trials.
