Drizzle in parts of Lahore brings chill to weather

Contrary to the Met Office’s prediction, which had forecast dry weather for Lahore, different parts of the city received drizzle on Saturday that turned the weather chilly, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
The drizzle, reported from different localities of the provincial capital such as Township, Kot Lakhpat, Model Town, PECO Road, Ferozepur Road, Canal Road, Icchra, Yatim Khana, Band Road, Babu Sabu and Jail Road, was accompanied by a cool breeze, which picked up as the day went on.
However, Chief Meteorologist, Punjab Aleemul Hassan said there was no chance of rain in the city.
He forecast a reduction in smog in the coming days.

Similarly, it also drizzled in Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) capital Muzaffarabad and its suburbs, which increased the intensity of cold weather.
Light snowfall was reported from Kohe Makra, Pir Hasi Mar, Pir Chanasi, and Saran mountains.
Light rain was reported from other parts of the AJK.
