The Ministry of Religious Affairs has launched the mobile app "Pak Hajj" to boost awareness among Hajj pilgrims, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.
Hajj aspirants will be informed step by step through mobile app. It will provide personal information, Hajj information, announcements and guidance.
Hajj pilgrims will be informed about the training schedule, Hajj flight schedule. During stay in Saudi Arabia, with the help of maps, information will be given about the routes of Makkah, Madinah and Mushaira.
Meanwhile, during first six days, Ministry of Religious Affairs has received 15,844 hajj applications.
According to document, most of Hajj requests received were in Islamabad. 50,485 applications received in Islamabad. In Karachi 3053 while 50,118 applications were collected in Lahore. 1807 applications were collected in Multan and 381 from Quetta.
