The bodies of the two labourers buried under the mudslide while digging a well in Lodhran were recovered after a ten-hour rescue operation on Sunday night.
According to the 24News HD TV channel, the rescue sources said two labour cousins, 31-year-old Riaz and 18-year-old Atif, were removing bricks for cleaning a 50-feet deep well in the Malikpur area of Lodhran this morning when suddenly a mudslide fell on them and both were buried under the soil.
The rescue teams of Rescue 1122 took out the dead bodies of the two labourers from the soil after a ten-hour rescue operation and handed them over to the heirs.
