Pakistani actor Danish Taimoor, husband of gorgeous Ayeza Khan appeared as a guest on the comedy show 'Mazaq Raat' hosted by Imran Ashraf.
During the show, he talked about why he does not give too many interviews and appear in shows.
He said that in many shows, actors are seen targeting their fellow actors. In his 18-year-long career, he has never badmouthed anyone. He also never replies if someone says anything negative about him. He therefore refrains from going for interviews.
While he didn’t name the show directly, he mentioned that senior actresses like Marina Khan, Rubina Ashraf, Atiqua Odho, and Nadia Khan participated in it.
He said that suggestions should not be given on screen and advised those actors to make a phone call directly and say whatever they want to say about the actors' roles they like and dislike.
Taimoor stated, “I refrain from sharing such opinions out of fear of displeasing Allah.” He argued that it’s disrespectful to publicly point out someone’s shortcomings, suggesting, “If you want to provide feedback on someone’s work, you can do so privately in a phone call.”
Addressing his critics, he added, “Your comments have zero percent impact on our success.” He also criticized inexperienced actors who offer unsolicited advice, saying such actions are often aimed at gaining views.
In the interview, Taimoor reflected on his early struggles in acting and shared that he has learned to remain unaffected by criticism, viewing it as a positive trait.
