Pakistan Mini Mazda Association (PMMA) parked vehicles on all roads leading to Babu Sabu Interchange in protest against imposition of heavy fines and registration of cases, reported 24NewsHD TV channel on Wednesday.
According to details, Babu Sabu Interchange completely closed from all sides. Roads of Bund Road Bakkar Mandi also closed due to protest by the association.
Due to closure of Babu Sabu Interchange traffic was jammed and passengers and passers-by who wanted to reach Niazi Adda and other adjacent buses stands faced lot of inconvenience.
It is necessary to mention here, that Pakistani Mini Mazada Association decided to hold demonstration against imposition of heavy fines and registered of cases against drivers.
They demanded the Traffic Police, Patrolling Police and Motorway Police to reverse these cases and fines immediately.
Pakistan Mini Mazda Association also demanded to stop registration of cases against the drivers on priority basis.
