In the show Super Over with Ahmed Ali Butt, Atif Aslam actually highlighted his rift with Bollywood singer Asha Bhosle in detail. Atif also disclosed that all of the rifts in Indian reality show Sur Kshetra were genuine.
In response to a query from Ahmed Ali Butt on Asha Bhosle, Atif Aslam stated that he had a rift with her in the beginning due to the show we were performing; it was not a very pleasant relationship and it carried on, for a while.
Asha called Atif and said that her daughter asked that why do you constantly argue with this attractive guy, if she can like him, can't Asha like him too. After that remark of Asha’s daughter, she said that she has forgotten everything and now like him. This won Atif’s heart as he believed that it was such a big thing of her to say.
In addition, Atif was then asked if those rifts were real or scripted. On which he responded that all those rifts used to be true and they had to shut the recordings in between the show for four to five hours. Later they used to continue the show's recording following the requests of directors and producers.
