Man, sister shot dead over love marriage in Larkana

Two persons were shot dead in a firing incident which took place in the jurisdiction of Bakaran Police Station in Larkana on Monday, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.


According to details, both dead persons were later identified as Nadeem Barohi aged 40 and his sister Fazila Barohi who was 32-year-old.


Shooters who were armed with automatic weapons opened fire on both the brother and his sister resulting in their death on the spot while their mother who was identified as Khatoon aged 60 critically injured in the firing incident.  The main cause of the firing is love-marriage.


After the firing, all the shooters were managed to escape successfully.


After receiving information, the local police reached the crime scene and took the dead bodies into their custody. A police team shifted the bodies to a hospital for post-mortem.


Deputy Inspector General of Police (IGP) Larkana Nasir Aftab Pathan immediately directed the police to use all available resources to arrest the culprits.


Police registered a case against the accused persons and started investigation.


Two shot dead in rivals’ clash in Shikarpur


An aged man and a little girl were killed when rivals stormed into their house in Orangabad village of Shikapur district on Monday and opened indiscriminate firing on them, reported 24NewsHD TV channel.


According to police, the double murder in Madiji Town was the result of an old-running enmity between the two rival groups of Jaffery community.
