A violent clash erupted between peace force volunteers and an armed group in the border area between Dera Bugti and Barkhan, resulting in the deaths of two volunteers and injuries to five others, according to administration sources.
The confrontation began after miscreants detonated explosives at a mobile phone tower near the Bekar area of Dera Bugti.
Tribal leader Khan Musuri stated that following the attack, the attackers were pursued by the Chief Minister’s brother and local forces.
In the subsequent clash, the armed group fled, leaving behind three donkeys and various belongings, taking refuge in a nearby cave, according to Musuri. The situation remains tense as security forces continue their search for the culprits.
